Exhibit Definitions. “Customer Core Group” shall be defined as Customer employees who have been trained on the Xxx.xxx application(s) and who are familiar with the Customer business practices. “Customer User Community” shall be defined as all users who input, extract or view data in the Xxx.xxx application environment. Errors resulting from Customer’s improper use of the services or Customer’s use of the services with any hardware or software not identified as compatible by Xxx.xxx will not be considered Errors. Procedural Issues shall be defined as those issues that are to be addressed by Customer through adjustment of a specific business process to accomplish work in the Xxx.xxx application(s). Request shall be defined as a modification to the application(s) outside of the scope of the functional specifications. Scheduled Available Time shall be defined as twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week excluding Scheduled Downtime and Recurring Downtime as defined in section B.4.2. User Administration Support shall be defined as issues that impact the usability of the Services and are addressable through the adjustment of user access privileges, processes or procedures. Business Day(s) shall be defined as the Xxx.xxx Inc. Support standard working day (excluding public holidays) as defined in section B.5.
