Exercise Program. (1) All Certified Wildland Firefighters will be permitted to exercise up to 45 minutes per day a maximum of three (3) times per week. Exercise time cannot include the first hour or last hour of the scheduled workday; however, it may be combined with one break per day (morning, lunch, or afternoon).

Exercise Program. 1. Participation is required for all part-time employees covered by thispolicy except as otherwise provided for in Sections I C. and IV C. An adequate period of time (see II A 1.) shall be provided for physical fitness training for every work shift.

  • Exercise Procedures The form of Notice of Exercise included in the Warrants set forth the totality of the procedures required of the Purchasers in order to exercise the Warrants. No additional legal opinion, other information or instructions shall be required of the Purchasers to exercise their Warrants. Without limiting the preceding sentences, no ink-original Notice of Exercise shall be required, nor shall any medallion guarantee (or other type of guarantee or notarization) of any Notice of Exercise form be required in order to exercise the Warrants. The Company shall honor exercises of the Warrants and shall deliver Warrant Shares in accordance with the terms, conditions and time periods set forth in the Transaction Documents.

  • Exercise Price The exercise price per share of the Common Stock under this Warrant shall be $1.00, subject to adjustment hereunder (the “Exercise Price”).

  • Over Allotment Option 1.2.1. The Representative shall have the option (the “Over-Allotment Option”) to purchase all or less than all of an additional 1,500,000 Units (the “Option Units”) solely for the purposes of covering any over-allotments in connection with the distribution and sale of the Firm Units. Such Option Units shall, at the Representative’s election, be purchased for each account of the several Underwriters in the same proportion as the number of Firm Units set forth opposite such Underwriter’s name on Schedule A hereto (subject to adjustment by the Representative to eliminate fractions). Such Option Units shall be identical in all respects to the Firm Units. The Firm Units and the Option Units are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Public Securities.” No Option Units shall be sold or delivered unless the Firm Units previously have been, or simultaneously are, sold and delivered. The right to purchase the Option Units, or any portion thereof, may be exercised from time to time and to the extent not previously exercised may be surrendered and terminated at any time upon notice by the Representative to the Company. The purchase price to be paid for each Option Unit (net of discounts and commissions) will be $9.80 per Option Unit.
