Common use of Exercise Procedures Clause in Contracts

Exercise Procedures. (a) Subject to the provisions of Sections 2 and 3 above, the Participant may exercise part or all of the exercisable Option by giving the Company or its delegate written notice of intent to exercise, specifying the number of shares of Company Stock as to which the Option is to be exercised and such other information as the Company or its delegate may require.

Exercise Procedures. (a) Subject to the provisions of Sections 2 and 3 above, the Participant may exercise part or all of the exercisable Option by giving the Company Company, or its delegate written delegate, notice of intent to exerciseexercise in a form prescribed by the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, specifying only the number vested portion of shares of Company Stock as to which the an Option is to may be exercised and such other information as the Company or its delegate may requireexercised.

Exercise Procedures. (a) Subject to the provisions of Sections Paragraphs 2 and 3 above, the Participant may exercise part or all of the exercisable vested Option by giving the Company or its delegate written notice of intent to exerciseexercise in the manner provided in this Agreement, specifying the number of shares of Company Stock Shares as to which the Option is to be exercised and exercised. At such time as the Committee shall determine, the Participant shall pay the exercise price (i) in cash, or (ii) by such other information method as the Company or its delegate may requireapprove. The Company may impose from time to time such limitations as it deems appropriate on the use of Shares of the Company to exercise the Option.

(a) Subject to the provisions of Sections Paragraphs 2 and 3 above, the Participant may exercise part or all of the exercisable Option in the manner provided in this Agreement and in the Plan by giving delivering to the Company or its delegate written notice of intent to exercise, specifying the number of shares of Company Stock as to which the Option is to be exercised and such other information as the Company or its delegate may requiremethod of payment.
