Joint Preparation The preparation of this Agreement has been a joint effort of the parties and the resulting documents shall not, solely as a matter of judicial construction, be construed more severely against one of the parties than the other.
Surface Preparation Clean the surface to be treated of all dust, dirt, clay, grass, sod and any other deleterious matter before application of the asphalt surface treatment.

Site Preparation Contractor shall not begin a project for which the site has not been prepared, unless Contractor does the preparation work at no cost, or until Region 4 ESC includes the cost of site preparation in a purchase order. Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre-installation requirements.

Elementary Preparation Time The Board shall provide a minimum of 180 minutes per five-day week of preparation time for each elementary teacher. Special circumstances that alter this schedule will not exceed two (2) times per year, per teacher. Preparation time for part-time elementary teachers shall be pro-rated on the basis of this allotment. 30 minute lunches, recesses and before and after school time shall not count as part of this time.
License and Delivery a. Subject to Customer's compliance with the terms of this Agreement, including payment of fees, for any Software delivered to Customer, Licensor grants Customer a limited, non- transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to install, run, and use the Number of Units of Software stated in an Order Form in accordance with the Documentation for the Term solely for Customer's internal business purposes. Maintenance, if purchased or provided, is delivered pursuant to the Order Form.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION The Transfer/Deed shall, save for the Land Transfer Tax Affidavit, be prepared in registrable form at the expense of Seller, and any Charge/Mortgage to be given back by the Buyer to Seller at the expense of the Buyer. Preparation Periods 31-1 The School District agrees to maintain daily preparation periods during the student day in all junior and senior high schools. At schools where block scheduling is in effect, the total preparation time provided shall be equal to the preparation time provided at schools not operating on a block schedule.
