Exercise of the Joint Functions. The JC CCGs must exercise the Joint Functions in accordance with:  the Terms of Reference;  the terms of this Manual;  all applicable law, see framework in Appendix 3;  all applicable Guidance issued by health system regulators; and  good Practice.
