Common use of Exercise of Redemption Rights Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Redemption Rights. in the event that Funding elects to prepay any Term Advance in whole or in part under Clause 8 of the Intercompany Loan Terms and Conditions, the Ninth Issuer shall exercise its right to redeem the corresponding class or classes of Ninth Issuer Notes in the same respective aggregate principal amounts as such Term Advance on the same Interest Payment Date under Condition 5(B);

Exercise of Redemption Rights. in the event that Funding elects to prepay any Term Advance in whole or in part under Clause 8 of the Intercompany Loan Terms and Conditions, the Ninth Eighth Issuer shall exercise its right to redeem the corresponding class or classes of Ninth Eighth Issuer Notes in the same respective aggregate principal amounts as such Term Advance on the same Interest Payment Date under Condition 5(B);

Exercise of Redemption Rights. in the event that Funding 1 elects to prepay any Term Advance in whole or in part under Clause CLAUSE 8 of the Intercompany Loan Terms and Conditions, the Ninth Second Issuer shall exercise its right to redeem the corresponding class or classes of Ninth Second Issuer Notes in the same respective aggregate principal amounts as such Term Advance on the same Interest Payment Date under Condition CONDITION 5(B);
