For greater certainty, any warrants or other convertible securities that comprise the escrow securities may be exercised in accordance with the terms of such warrants or other convertible securities (notwithstanding the fact that such warrants or other convertible securities are escrow securities), provided that any securities acquired upon such exercise shall constitute escrow securities under this Agreement.
