Exercise in Whole or in Part. The purchase rights pursuant to Section 3 evidenced by a Warrant Certificate shall be exercisable, at the election of the registered holder thereof, in whole or in part. If less than all of the Warrant Shares purchasable under any Warrant Certificate are purchased, the Company shall cancel such Warrant Certificate upon the surrender thereof and shall execute and deliver a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor for the remaining number of Warrant Shares purchasable thereunder.
