The date of surrender for exercise of any Warrant Certificate, provided the exercise form on the back of the Warrant Certificate or a form substantially similar thereto has been completed in full by the Warrant Holder or a duly appointed attorney and the Warrant Certificate is accompanied by payment in full of the Exercise Price.
