Exempt Positions. No worker in the bargaining unit shall be in an exempt status for overtime purposes.
Exempt Positions. The Sheriff may designate positions within these classifications that will have the holidays observed as in Section 27.1 above.

Exempt Positions. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to include in the bargaining unit any person whose duties as deputy, administrative assistant, or secretary necessarily imply a confidential relationship to the Board of Directors or Superintendent of the District pursuant to RCW 41.56.030 (2).
