Common use of Executive’s Duties Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Duties. (a) The Executive shall be the President of the Company and shall be responsible for the decision making for all day to day activities of the company unless the Executive delineates certain decision making privileges to company employees. The Executive will also fulfill the roles of the Treasurer and Secretary until such time whereby the company is sufficiently funded and retains new employees for those positions. At such time that a Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer and Secretary are hired by the Company, these titles shall be removed from executive’s duties.
