Executive Team. The role of the Executive Team is to provide leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making regarding progress in implementing system-wide practice improvements, fiscal accountability, and quality oversight.
Executive Team. The Executive Team is responsible for oversight of the Partnership Agreement. This includes communication and collaboration to achieve the programs, projects, initiatives and goals set forth in this agreement. Executive Team guides to ensure that The City of Boulder’s goals are met and how best to remedy challenges either through adjustments or through execution of the opt-out provision of the Franchise Agreement. The Executive Team will meet quarterly for the first two years, then semi- annual at a minimum.
Executive Team. Xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Executive Chairman has been involved in the lithium industry for more than 40 years. He qualified as a Chemical Engineer, and then went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and a PhD in Resource Economics. Over the past 30 years, Xx Xxxxxxxxx has amassed a significant amount of expertise and experience in processing brines containing lithium. He is a Fellow of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Managing Director graduated with BSc in Geology from ANU and obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Marketing from Monash. Since 2003 he has been involved in exploring and developing lithium projects in Argentina, and with Xx Xxxxxxxxx built a pilot plant at Rincon salar, explored Pozuelos Salar and has been CEO and director of Exploration at five public companies involved with Pocitos, Incahuasi, Guayatayoc and other salars in Argentina. He has also been on work trips to Uyuni and Atacama salars in Bolivia and Chile respectively. He is a Fellow of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and a member of the Australasian Institute of Geoscientists. Professor Xx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx – University Liaison and Representative - holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Engineering(Chem)/Commerce - is Head of Department - Chemical Engineering at The University of Melbourne. Xxxxxxx's research interests are in the areas of separation processes specifically ion exchange, solvent absorption and solvent extraction technologies. These interests range from the manufacture of novel materials, to the development of novel thermodynamic models to predict performance, and onto large scale implementation in the mining, energy, environmental and wastewater processing fields. Xxxxxxx currently teaches the Master’s of Engineering (Chemical) program, namely Chemical Engineering Management and Heat and Mass Transport Processes subjects. Xxxxx Xxxxxx – Xxxxx is a Non-executive Director and works for a multinational corporation in the packaging industry. He holds an MBA from RMIT University in Melbourne.
Executive Team. (a) An Executive Team (“Executive Team”) shall be set up and maintained as described in the initial plan for the delivery of the Mersey Waterfront Regional Park Scheme and approved by the Board (“Performance Plan”) or as may be agreed from time to time by the Board

Executive Team. Section 7.1. The Union shall be permitted to select two (2) members to sit on the Employer’s executive team. (a) Effective as of January 10, 1996, CTC appointed an executive team ("the Executive Team"), consisting of three (3) persons, each of whom was well versed in steel operations, to serve on-site at the Facility until January 10, 1997.
