Executive Director. (a) The HMO must employ a qualified individual to serve as the Executive Director for its HHSC HMO Program(s). Such Executive Director must be employed full-time by the HMO, be primarily dedicated to HHSC HMO Program(s), and must hold a Senior Executive or Management position in the HMO’s organization, except that the HMO may propose an alternate structure for the Executive Director position, subject to HHSC’s prior review and written approval.
Executive Director. (a) The MCO must employ a qualified individual to serve as the Executive Director for its HHSC MCO Program(s). Such Executive Director must be employed full-time by the MCO, be primarily dedicated to HHSC MCO Program(s), and must hold a Senior Executive or Management position in the MCO’s organization, except that the MCO may propose an alternate structure for the Executive Director position, subject to HHSC’s prior written approval.
Executive Director. The Practice Management Board will direct the day-to-day functions of the Executive Director in implementing the policies agreed by the Practice Management Board. The Executive Director shall meet with the Medical Director on a regular basis as reasonably requested by either party to discuss issues pertaining to CRM. Salary and fringe benefits paid to the Executive Director shall be approved by the Practice Management Board. The Practice Management Board will conduct an annual evaluation of such individual's performance. . ARTICLE 6
Executive Director. The Executive Director shall serve on the MSTIC Executive Committee as a non-voting Member. The Executive Director oversees operations of the MSTIC according to the policies, procedures, and strategic direction set by the Executive Committee and will serve as the single point of contact to the Member, the Government or their respective designees. The Consortium Management Firm will provide the Executive Director.
Executive Director. The “Executive Director” is the chief operating officer for the Agency appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Executive Board.
Executive Director. IntegraMed will employ an Executive Director, selected by the Joint Practice Management Board, to manage and administer all of the day-to-day business functions of the Facilities. The Joint Practice Management Board will direct the day-to-day functions of the Executive Director in implementing the policies agreed upon by the Joint Practice Management Board. Salary and fringe benefits paid to the Executive Director shall be determined by the Joint Practice Management Board.
Executive Director. The Board of Directors shall appoint an Executive Director. The Executive Director shall serve at the pleasure of or upon the terms prescribed by the Board of Directors. The Executive Director so appointed may be an employee of a member entity, an employee of the Authority, or an independent contractor. Under rules and regulations provided by the Board, the powers and duties of the Executive Director are:
Executive Director. Human Resources The “Executive Director – Human Resources” shall mean the Executive Director – Human Resources, unless otherwise specified.
Executive Director. The Board of Directors shall assign the administrative function of CES to the Executive Director.
Executive Director. The Commission shall appoint an Executive Director under whose general supervision and control SCCWRP shall be conducted. In accordance with paragraph 4(b) the Executive Director shall be appointed by the Commission and shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission. The Executive Director's compensation shall be set at a level that adequately takes into consideration factors including, but not limited to, the proficiency with which the agency is directed, the degree of satisfactory progress in completing the approved research plan, success in obtaining outside funding and success in managing SCCWRP's budget.
