Common use of Execution of the Project Clause in Contracts

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through MOH, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, environmental and public health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through MOH, Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, environmental and public health practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.
