Execution of services. At the end of each month of the Assignment or at the end of the Assignment the Client shall verify the execution of the services provided by the Service Provider by signature of a form provided to the Service Provider for this purpose. The signing of this form constitutes acceptance that the Service Provider’s services have been provided satisfactorily however a failure to verify execution of the services in writing does not affect the Client’s obligation to pay Alpine Resourcing for the work done.

The Purchaser is entitled to terminate the Agreement at any given moment and for w hatever reason by giving the Supplier 48 hours prior w xxxxxx notice w ithout any liability w hatsoever tow ards the Supplier.

Execution of services. 6.1 The Contractor must confirm the status of the system, report and prove any maintenance done, scope of services performed, including built-in components and problems encountered during inspection and maintenance. This shall be endorsed on the maintenance schedules. This obligation also includes any foreseeable future repair work that needs to be done.
Execution of services. It is expressly understood and agreed that the CONTRACTOR'S work hereunder shall be done in a thorough and workmanlike manner, without detailed supervision by the VILLAGE. Any questions or disputes relating to the number of units, quality of work performed, character of material to be removed, sufficiency of containers, and similar questions shall be determined by the mutual agreement of the CONTRACTOR and VILLAGE. All loss or damage arising out of the nature of the work done, or from any detention or unforeseen obstruction which may be encountered in the prosecution of the work, or from the action of the elements, shall be sustained by the CONTRACTOR.
