Execution of Other Agreements. The Confidentiality Agreement is hereby incorporated into this Agreement in its entirety and is made an integral part of this Agreement.
Execution of Other Agreements. The Project Owner and, if a party hereto, the PHA, agrees that it has not and will not execute any other agreement with provisions contradictory to, or in opposition to, the provisions of this Agreement, and that in any event, the provisions of this Agreement are paramount and controlling as to the rights and obligations set forth and supersede any other conflicting requirements.

VCP and Newco shall execute all of the following agreements up to the Transfer of the Business: (i) Independent Sales Representation Agreement, (ii) Procurement Agreement; (iii) Utilities Agreement; (iv) Slush Pulp Supply Agreement, substantially in the form of Annexes of this Agreement.
Execution of Other Agreements. Each of the Shareholders shall have executed his respective Employment Agreement as required by Section 6.10 and each of Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx and Torresani shall have executed his respective Non-Competition Agreement as required by Section 6.11.
