Execution of Further Documents. In the event the Executive receives payments or benefits pursuant to this Agreement and the Company’s legal counsel deems it necessary for the Company to receive a release or other acknowledgement the Executive agrees to execute any such document as may be reasonably required as a condition of his/her receipt of such payment or benefits.
