Execution of Further Documents. From and after the Closing, upon the reasonable request of Purchaser, Sellers shall, at the expense of Purchaser, execute, acknowledge and deliver all such further deeds, bills of sale, assignments, transfers, conveyances, powers of attorney and assurances as may reasonably be required or appropriate to convey and transfer to and vest in Purchaser and protect its right, title and interest in the capital stock of the Acquired Company to be transferred hereunder and to carry out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Execution of Further Documents. From and after the Closing, upon the reasonable request of PurchaserBuyer, Sellers shall, at the expense of Purchaser, Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver all such further deeds, bills of sale, assignments, transfers, conveyances, powers of attorney and assurances as may be reasonably be required or appropriate to convey and transfer to and vest in Purchaser Buyer and protect its right, title and interest in the capital stock all of the Acquired Company to be transferred hereunder Purchased Assets and to carry out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

From and after the Closing, upon the reasonable request of Purchaser, Sellers shall, at Seller and the expense of Purchaser, Member shall execute, acknowledge and deliver all such further acts, deeds, bills of sale, assignments, transfers, conveyances, powers of attorney and assurances as may be reasonably be required or appropriate to convey and transfer to and vest in Purchaser and protect its rightrights, title and interest in the capital stock of the Acquired Company to Purchased Assets and as may be transferred hereunder and appropriate otherwise to carry out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
