Execution in Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. The parties may execute this Agreement in any number of duplicate originals, each of which constitutes an original, and all of which, collectively, constitute only one agreement. The parties may execute this Agreement in counterparts, each of which constitutes an original, and all of which, collectively, constitutes only one agreement. Any party delivering an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile shall also deliver a manually executed counterpart of this Agreement, but the failure to do so does not affect the validity, enforceability, or binding effect of this Agreement.
