Execution by Electronic Means. This Agreement may be executed by the parties and delivered by fax or other electronic means and if so executed and delivered this Agreement will be for all purposes as effective as if the parties had executed and delivered an executed original of this Agreement.
Execution by Electronic Means. This Agreement may be validly executed by electronic means, portable document files (PDF), facsimile transmittal, authorized signature stamp and in counterparts. Any such signature shall be treated as an original signature for all purposes.

Execution by Electronic Means. 28.1 This Agreement may be executed in paper form or electronic form and be effective upon its execution. This Agreement shall otherwise be deemed fully effective upon physical or electronic delivery to LICENSEE by LICENSOR along with a printed or electronic form of this Agreement. The parties agree that this Agreement may be stored in electronic form even if the Agreement is initially executed in paper form and that neither party is required to retain the paper form of this Agreement after execution. If the parties proceed with execution of this Ag reement in electronic form, the parties agree that for all purposes the electronic signatures shall be deemed valid signatures, even where an electronic signature may be merely a computer generated signature or a click through “I agree” confirmation.
Execution by Electronic Means. The parties agree that this Addendum may be transmitted electronically by them or the Association for execution, by email or facsimile transmission. The parties and the Association intend that the original and facsimile or email signature of a party on this Addendum shall be binding on the party, in the same manner as if the party’s signature was an original. Any Notice transmitted by email must be given in accordance with Section 7.1.4 to be deemed given.

This Agreement may be executed by electronic signature and delivered by facsimile or e-mail transmission, which shall be considered as an original signature for all purposes, and shall have the same force and effect as an original signature. The words “execution,” “signed,” “signature,” and similar words in this Agreement shall be deemed to include electronic signatures or the keeping of records in electronic form, each of which shall be of the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as a manually executed signature. Execution by Electronic Means. Delivery by one or more parties hereto of an executed counterpart of this Agreement via facsimile, telecopy, or other electronic method of transmission pursuant to which the signature of such party can be seen (including, without limitation, Adobe Corporation’s Portable Document Format) shall have the same force and effect as the delivery of an original executed counterpart of this Agreement. Any party delivering an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic method of transmission shall also deliver an original executed counterpart, but the failure to do so shall not affect the validity, enforceability or binding effect of this Agreement.

This Supplemental Agreement may be executed by the Parties and transmitted by fax, e-mail or other electronic means and if so executed and transmitted this Supplemental Agreement will be for all purposes as effective as if the Parties had executed and delivered an original Agreement.
Execution by Electronic Means. Delivery by any party hereto of an executed counterpart of this Agreement by facsimile or electronic transmission shall be as valid and effective as such party’s original executed counterpart.

This Agreement may be entered into by and become as binding on the parties named in the Agreement by one party signing this Agreement that has been signed by the other party (or a photocopy, electronically imaged or facsimile copy of the same) and transmitting a copy by facsimile, email or other electronic means to the other party or to the other party's agent or solicitors.
