Common use of EXECUTION AND EFFECTIVE DATE Clause in Contracts

EXECUTION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, and any party hereto may execute the said Agreement by signing any such counterpart. The Company shall deliver one such executed counterpart to Administrative Agent and each Bank shall deliver one such executed counterpart to the Administrative Agent for further delivery to the Company. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date.
