Common use of Executed Agreement Clause in Contracts

Executed Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a counterpart of this Agreement signed on behalf of (i) the Parent Borrower, the Dutch Borrower and each other Loan Party, (ii) the Administrative Agent, and (iii) the Refinancing Revolving Lenders.

The Administrative Agent shall have received (x) a counterpart of this Agreement signed on behalf of (i) the Parent Borrower, the Dutch Borrower and each other Loan Party, (ii) the Administrative Agent, Agent and (iii) the Refinancing Revolving LendersFirst Amendment Incremental Term Lenders and (y) duly completed Incremental Facility Activation Notices with respect to the First Amendment Incremental Term Loans.
