Exclusivity of Salary and Benefits. The Executive shall not be entitled to any payments or benefits other than those provided under this Agreement. During the Term, the Employer is obligated to document any changes in compensation terms applicable to the Agreement. No later than sixty (60) days following the Effective Time, the Company will in good faith review the Executive’s cash and equity compensation levels for possible increase (but not decrease).
