Exclusivity of Remedies. The remedies provided in this Agreement shall be exclusive of any other rights or remedies available to one party against the other, either at law or in equity; provided however such remedies shall not be exclusive as to any claim based on fraud or any claim under Section 16 of this Agreement. This Article 14 regarding indemnification shall survive Closing.
