Contractor agrees that in the event of a breach or alleged breach of this provision that Authorized User shall not have an adequate remedy at law, including monetary damages, and that Authorized User shall consequently be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order, injunction, or other form of equitable relief against the continuance of such breach, in addition to any and all remedies to which Authorized User shall be entitled.

WHMIS The Work-place Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is designed to classify hazardous materials that are used in the work place. The law requires all such products to be properly labelled and requires material safety data sheet(s) (MSDS) to be suitably attainable. Employees will receive training to inform them of such products and advise them of the hazards involved, and of the proper procedures for safe storage, handling, use and disposal of these materials.
