Common use of Exclusive Services Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Services. Except for illness or incapacity, the Executive shall devote all of his business time, attention, skill and efforts exclusively to the business and affairs of the Company, and its affiliates, shall not be engaged in any other business activity, and shall perform and discharge well and faithfully the duties which may be assigned to him from time to time; provided, however, that nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Executive from devoting reasonable time during reasonable periods required for any or all of the following:

Exclusive Services. Except for illness or incapacity, the Executive shall devote all of his business time, attention, skill and efforts exclusively to the business and affairs of the Company, and its affiliates, shall not be engaged in any other business activity, and shall perform and discharge well and faithfully the duties which may be assigned to him from time to timetime by the President and Chief Executive Officer; provided, however, that nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Executive from devoting reasonable time during reasonable periods required for any or all of the following:

Chairman; provided, however, that so long as they do not in any manner interfere with his performance hereunder nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Executive from devoting reasonable time during reasonable periods required for any or all of the followingfor:
