Common use of Exclusive Services Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Services. In addition, Employee shall be permitted to assist his prior employer, Pilot Group Manager LLC, from time to time in connection with the winding up of the remaining Pilot Group investments and investment partnerships, provided that, such activities do not interfere with the provision of Employee’s services hereunder.
