Common use of Exclusive Service Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Service. 2.1 Except as expressly provided the Executive shall, during his employment with the Company, devote his entire attention on a full time basis to the business of the Company. Provided he obtains the prior written approval of the President and Chief Executive Officer the Executive may, during his employment with the Company undertake work as a director or consultant to any other company, firm or individual that is not in competition with the Company.
