EXCLUSIVE PROFESSIONAL DUES RIGHTS. It will be the right of employees who are members of the Association and who are covered by this contract to, within thirty (30) days of employment and/or actively going to work, sign and deliver to the Association an assignment authorizing payroll deduction of membership dues and assessments of that Association and the state and national organizations with which it is affiliated. The District Payroll Office will process the authorization to make it effective at the earliest possible payroll period, and no later than sixty (60) days after submission of the authorization to the District Payroll Office. This authorization will be on a continuing basis. A table of prorated annual dues or assessments will be supplied by the Association to the District Payroll Office for use with new certificated employees who are employed by the District.

EXCLUSIVE PROFESSIONAL DUES RIGHTS. It will be the voluntary option of extracurricular classified employees who are members of the Association and who are covered by this Agreement to pay dues and assessments directly to the Association. In the event an employee is a dues paying member of another WEA bargaining unit, she/he will not be required to pay additional Association dues under this Agreement. The bargaining unit will establish local dues for non-WWVEA members who choose to join.

  • Professional Dress In as much as teachers are role models for students, each teacher shall maintain a neat, professional appearance appropriate for his/her specific teaching assignment.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

  • Professional Rights A Pharmacist in his professional judgment may delay or refuse to fill or refill any prescription if there is reason to believe that such action would protect the health of the patient or where reasonable doubt exists as to the legality of said prescription or the legal use thereof, after first having established the fact by having consulted the prescriber if said prescriber is available.

  • Third parties rights The Contract does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Contract.

  • Provision of Professional Services We will provide any Professional Services set out in a relevant Order Form in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry practice and any relevant SOW. Where it is necessary for Us or Our Group to visit your sites in order to perform Professional Services you shall at no cost to Us or Our Group: (a) provide reasonable access to any relevant sites at times to be agreed; (b) inform Us of health and safety, and security policies applicable at the sites; (c) ensure the sites are safe;

  • Professional Duties Professional duties defined in this Article identify the responsibilities performed by full-time faculty. Duties specific to individual programs shall be determined by the supervising administrator.

  • Modified Indemnity Where Agreement Involves Design Professional Services Notwithstanding the forgoing, if the services provided under this Agreement are design professional services, as defined by California Civil Code section 2782.8, as may be amended from time to time, the defense and indemnity obligation under Section 1, above, shall be limited to the extent required by California Civil Code section 2782.8.
