Exclusive Possession. Unless the Premises is a twin-share room (in which case clause 5 applies), the Tenant’s right to occupy the Premises is on an exclusive basis.

Within five days of execution of this Agreement, Xxxx shall execute and deliver to Romarco a deed evidencing such rights of Romarco under this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Schedule “D” or in such other form as is agreed by Romarco and Xxxx.
