Exclusive Photographer. CLIENT agrees and understands that no other party other than PHOTOGRAPHER may take pictures of any poses, lighting situations, or setups made by the photographer. This slows down the photographer’s work and violates the photographer’s right to take pictures of the event. CLIENT agrees to take responsibility for insisting that no person(s) get in the way of the PHOTOGRAPHER or take pictures in these situations.
Exclusive Photographer. XXXXXX XXXXXX PHOTOGRAPHY photographer(s) shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the Client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph the wedding as long as they shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties and do not photograph poses arranged by the Photographer.
Exclusive Photographer. It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the wedding while the Photographer is working, and that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the Photographer and loss of Reservation Deposit by Client.
Exclusive Photographer. The Photographer and/or any photographers hired by the Photographer to photograph shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the Client for the purpose of the portrait photography. Family and friends of the shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties.
Exclusive Photographer. The Client understands that LD Studios is the exclusive, official photographer to provide services requested on this contract. The Client understands that no other photographers shall be commissioned for contract services.
Exclusive Photographer. Photographer will be the exclusive photographer on the day of the session, except for Photographer’s second shooter, if applicable to the session agreed upon in this agreement. Family and friends may not take photographs during the session and may not interfere with Photographer’s work. Client agrees that Photographer may ask others to refrain from taking photographs at any time during the session to prevent interference with Photographer’s work. a.) Photographer will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior, nor will it share its time or compete with guest photographers for the attention of the subjects. Clients' and their friends/families, etc. conduct that interferes with photography may seriously affect the quality of the photographs taken and increase the number of times photos must be re-taken. If THE CLIENT is unable to control the conduct of their friends/families, etc., resulting in an unacceptable degree of misconduct, or if the conduct of any of their guests damages the equipment of the photographer, it will result in the early or immediate departure of the photographer. THE CLIENT understands that in such an event, no refunds will be granted.
Exclusive Photographer. The Photographer and/or any photographers hired by the Photographer to photograph shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the Client for the purpose of the portrait photography. Family and friends of the clients and other event vendors shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties. Guests will be asked to refrain from taking flash photographs at certain intervals of the event to ensure proper exposure of images. Expenses Travel expenses such as parking, shipping, or destination fees must be reimbursed to the Photographer and will be added to the balance due after the event. Travel fees are pre-determined and will be set out in the initial payment total. Clients are responsible for all location fees and permits. Event Food Service A light meal is required for events up to 6 hours for the Photographer. For events up to and past 8 hours a full course meal is required. If no meal is provided, it is understood that the Photographer will leave the event to purchase a meal. Garments The Photographer cannot be held responsible for damage to Garments due to environmental events. Client is responsible to arrange personal assistance for garments. Creative License Images are edited at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered prints may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards.
Exclusive Photographer. TaraWeddings photographer(s) shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the Client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph the wedding as long as they shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties and do not photograph poses arranged by the Photographer. The client is responsible to provide a vendor table for the TaraWeddings team during the reception.
Exclusive Photographer. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the clients and other vendors shall not interfere with the photographer’s duties.
Exclusive Photographer. It is understood Xxxxxx Sens is the official Photographer to perform the services on this contract during the days July 12-14, 2018.
