Common use of Exclusive Employment Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Employment. Employee shall devote his full time, ability and attention to the business of Bank and its parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, during the Employment Term, and shall neither directly nor indirectly render any services of a business, commercial or professional nature to any other person, firm, corporation or organization for compensation without the prior written consent of the Board.

Exclusive Employment. Employee shall devote his full time, ability and attention to the business of be employed exclusively by Bank and its parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, shall provide such services during the Employment TermTerm (as defined below) as provided in Section 2 above, and shall neither directly nor indirectly render any services of a business, commercial or professional nature to any other person, firm, corporation or organization for compensation without the prior written consent of the BoardChairman of the Board of Bank.
