Exclusion Zone. ‌ The SSV typically requires an exclusion zone of 2 km radius around the vessel and streamers to ensure the area is clear of small vessels at all times. The exclusion zone is necessary for the safety of small vessels and the SSV, and reduces the chance of damage to the streamers from accidental impacts from other vessels. PCMRB will attempt to acquire seismic data as close as possible to the shore as permitted by HSE regulations. Exclusion zones will be monitored by “chase boats” which will warn fishers and other vessels of the approaching seismic vessel and ensure that there are no obstacles in the path of the vessel.
Exclusion Zone. The Parties acknowledge that in the performance of the Services, the Contractor Group would not normally be required to work within a 500 meter radius of any Offshore Installation (“Exclusion Zone”). If the Company requests the Contractor to perform any Services within any Exclusion Zone and the Contractor agrees to do so then, notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Company shall be liable for and shall release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor Group from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs (including reasonable legal costs), expenses and liabilities relating to and/or arising from personal injury including death or disease to any third party or any member of the Contractor Group and/or loss of or damage to the property of any third party (including any Offshore Installation) or any member of Contractor Group arising from the performance or non-performance of this Agreement.

Exclusion Zone. Landlord, for himself and his Affiliates, and his spouse, agree during the Term of the Lease, and for ten (10) years following the exercise of the Option under Paragraph 44 below, not to own, operate or participate in the ownership, operations or management of any business or property containing video draw poker devices or a bingo parlor or hall within a fifteen (15) mile radius around the Premises or any of the Tenant’s, or its Affiliates, other truck stop locations as listed on Exhibit C.

There should always be a logo on all brochure covers and advertisements, printed as well as electronic. Around the logo there should always be enough space to ensure a powerful and clear visual image.   • Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Restrictions/Market Abuse Laws The Participant acknowledges that, depending on his or her country, the broker’s country, or the country in which the Shares are listed, the Participant may be subject to xxxxxxx xxxxxxx restrictions and/or market abuse laws in applicable jurisdictions, which may affect his or her ability to accept, acquire, sell, or attempt to sell or otherwise dispose of Shares or rights to Shares (e.g., Special Retention Awards) or rights linked to the value of Shares, during such times as the Participant is considered to have “inside information” regarding the Company (as defined by applicable laws or regulations in the applicable jurisdictions, including the United States and the Participant’s country). Local xxxxxxx xxxxxxx laws and regulations may prohibit the cancellation or amendment of orders the Participant placed before possessing inside information. Furthermore, the Participant may be prohibited from (i) disclosing the inside information to any third party, including fellow employees (other than on a “need to know” basis) and (ii) “tipping” third parties or causing them to otherwise buy or sell securities. Any restrictions under these laws or regulations are separate from and in addition to any restrictions that may be imposed under any applicable Company xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy. The Participant acknowledges that it is his or her responsibility to comply with any applicable restrictions, and the Participant should consult his or her personal advisor on this matter.
