Exclusion to Consideration for Vacancy. An Employee selected as a result of a posted vacancy need not be considered for a further vacancy for a period of six (6) months from the date of her selection unless mutually agreed otherwise with the exception of a lateral move to full-time or a promotion (full-time or part-time).

  • NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE SAFELY SURRENDERED BABY LAW The Contractor shall notify and provide to its employees, and shall require each Subcontractor to notify and provide to its employees, a fact sheet regarding the Safely Surrendered Baby Law, its implementation in Los Angeles County, and where and how to safely surrender a baby. The fact sheet is set forth in Exhibit I of this Contract and is also available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for printing purposes.

  • Compensation to Contractor The terms related to the price of the goods and/or services to be provided under this Agreement and the terms of payment to the Contractor are described in more detail in Attachment “B” to this Agreement: Price and Payment Information.

  • POPULATION TO BE SERVED A.   • CONTRACTOR’S RELATION TO THE STATE In the performance of this Agreement the Contractor is in all respects an independent contractor, and is neither an agent nor an employee of the State. Neither the Contractor nor any of its officers, employees, agents or members shall have authority to bind the State or receive any benefits, workers’ compensation or other emoluments provided by the State to its employees.
