In the event that you, including but not limited to, any of your employees, agents, Practitioners, assigns or subcontractors, are excluded or debarred by a federal or state agency or listed on the Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons list, we may terminate this Agreement or that Practitioner’s participation under this Agreement effective immediately upon Written Notice to you.
