Exclusion of Filled Positions. (a) DAS shall provide the Union with no less than twenty (20) days written notice of its intent to exclude a filled bargaining unit position based on supervisory, managerial or confidential status. DAS agrees not to change the position’s designation from represented to management service during this twenty (20) day period.
