Excludes Winter Break. This License does NOT grant Licensee permission to occupy the assigned living unit during the academic break between fall and winter quarters, 5 p.m. December 11, 2021 thru 12 noon January 2, 2022 (Winter Break). Students requiring occupancy during the winter break period sign a separate Winter Break Housing License, pay an additional housing fee, and must be housed in winter break determined housing. A charge for recovery costs for related and appropriate operating expenses will be assessed to any resident who has not vacated by the 5 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 2021 deadline.

Excludes Winter Break. This License does NOT grant Licensee permission to occupy the assigned living unit during the academic break between fall and winter quarters. University Housing is closed during this break from 12 noon, December 9, 2017, until 12:00 noon, January 6, 2018. A fee will be charged to any Licensee who has not vacated by the December 9th, 12:00 noon deadline. (See Appendix A: Payment Schedule and Provisions). Students needing occupancy during the winter break period need to sign a separate Winter Break Housing License, pay an additional housing fee, and be housed in the Cerro Vista Apartments.
Excludes Winter Break. This License does NOT grant Licensee permission to occupy the assigned living unit during the academic break between fall and winter quarters, 5 p.m. November 21, 2020 through 12 noon January 3, 2021 (Winter Break). Students who are not able to return home, feel safer or more successful on campus may be offered the opportunity to sign up to remain during the winter break period. Students approved to remain must sign a separate Winter Break Housing License, pay an additional housing fee, and be housed in winter break determined housing. Except for those approved to remain in campus housing for winter break, a charge for recovery costs for related and appropriate operating expenses will be assessed to any resident who has not vacated by the 5 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2020 deadline.

  • Continuation of Banking Business For the period commencing the first banking Business Day after Bank Closing and ending no earlier than the first anniversary of Bank Closing, the Assuming Institution will provide full service banking in the trade area of the Failed Bank. Thereafter, the Assuming Institution may cease providing such banking services in the trade area of the Failed Bank, provided the Assuming Institution has received all necessary regulatory approvals. At the option of the Assuming Institution, such banking services may be provided at any or all of the Bank Premises, or at other premises within such trade area. The trade area shall be determined by the Receiver. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing shall not restrict the Assuming Institution from opening, closing or selling branches upon receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, if the Assuming Institution or its successors continue to provide banking services in the trade area. Assuming Institution will pay to the Receiver, upon the sale of a branch or branches within the year following the date of this agreement, fifty percent (50%) of any franchise premium in excess of the franchise premium paid by the Assuming Institution with respect to such branch or branches.

  • PROHIBITED DISPOSAL AREAS Purchaser shall not place organic debris in the following areas:  Within 50 feet of a cross drain culvert.  Within 100 feet of a live stream, or wetland.  On road subgrades, or excavation and embankment slopes.  On slopes greater than 45%.  Within the operational area for cable landings where debris may shift or roll.  On locations where brush can fall into the ditch or onto the road surface.  Against standing timber.

  • Overtime or Callout Which Does Not Abut the Succeeding Shift (1) When overtime is worked there shall be an elapsed time of eight hours between the end of overtime and the time the employee reports for duty on the next regular shift, with no shortfall out of their regular shift.

  • Overtime Meal Employees requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift, will be given one-half (1/2) hour on Company time to eat their lunch and will be given seven dollars ($7.00) meal money.

  • Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.

  • Excluded Positions When a College temporarily assigns an employee to the duties and responsibilities of a position excluded from the provisions of this Collective Agreement, the employee's obligations to contribute to the regular monthly Union dues under Article 5.4 and his/her seniority shall continue during the period of such temporary assignment up to a maximum period of twelve

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Continuing Business Nothing in this Agreement will preclude or limit Red Hat from providing software, materials, or services for itself or other clients, irrespective of the possible similarity of such software, materials or services to those that might be delivered to Client. The terms of confidentiality in Section 9 will not prohibit or restrict either party's right to develop, use or market products or services similar to or competitive with the other party; provided, however, that neither party is relieved of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Prohibited Activity Subrecipient is prohibited from using funds provided herein, or personnel employed in the administration of the program, for: political activities, sectarian or religious activities, lobbying, political patronage, and nepotism activities.

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.
