Common use of Exchange Stock Market Clearance Clause in Contracts

Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On or by the Closing Date, the Firm ADSs shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange. On each Option Closing Date (if any), the Option ADSs shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance.
