Exchange Rate; Manner and Place of Payment. All payments hereunder shall be payable in U.S. dollars and shall be made by electronic funds transfer in immediately available funds to a bank and account designated in writing by AnaptysBio, unless otherwise specified in writing by AnaptysBio. When conversion of payments from any foreign currency is required, such conversion shall be made at the rate of exchange used by Client throughout its accounting system for the applicable calendar quarter.
