Common use of Exchange of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 6, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for purchase hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by said Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 610, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for purchase hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by said Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 610, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for purchase and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by said Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 6, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right rights to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for purchase and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by said the Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 6Company, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for purchase hereunderand purchased hereunder from time to time after giving effect to all the provisions hereof, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by said the Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 611, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for purchase and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by said Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to designated in Section 62 hereof, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for purchase and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by said Holder holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder holders hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to designated in Section 6I hereof, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right rights to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which may be subscribed for purchase and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by said Holder holders hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, exchangeable upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 6designated by the Company, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right rights to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock Warrant Shares which may be subscribed for purchase and purchased hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares Warrant Shares as shall be designated by said Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.

Exchange of Warrant. This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Holder hereof at the office or agency of the Company referred to in Section 610, for one or more new Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the right to subscribe for and purchase the number of shares of Common Stock which that may be subscribed for purchase hereunder, each of such new Warrants to represent the right to subscribe for and purchase such number of shares as shall be designated by said Holder hereof at the time of such surrender.
