Common use of Exchange of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Warrant Certificates. Warrant Certificates may be exchanged for other Warrant Certificates representing an equal aggregate number of Warrants or may be transferred in whole or in part. Warrant Certificates to be exchanged shall be surrendered to the Warrant Agent at its Corporate Office, and upon satisfaction of the terms and provisions herein, the Company shall execute, and the Warrant Agent shall countersign, issue and deliver in exchange therefor, the Warrant Certificate or Certificates that the Registered Holder making the exchange shall be entitled to receive.

Warrant Certificates may be exchanged for other another Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates representing an equal entitling the Holder thereof to purchase in the aggregate the same number of Warrants or may be transferred in whole or in part. Warrant Certificates to be exchanged shall be surrendered to the Warrant Agent at its Corporate Office, and upon satisfaction of the terms and provisions herein, the Company shall execute, and the Warrant Agent shall countersign, issue and deliver in exchange therefor, Common Shares as are purchasable under the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates that the Registered Holder making the exchange shall be entitled to receiveso exchanged.
