Common use of Exchange Notes Clause in Contracts

Exchange Notes. The 7.75% Senior Notes due 2018, of the same series under the Indenture as the Initial Notes, to be issued to Holders in exchange for Transfer Restricted Securities pursuant to this Agreement.

Exchange Notes. The 7.759.875% Senior Notes due 2018, of the same series under the Indenture as the Initial Notes, to be issued to Holders in exchange for Transfer Restricted Securities pursuant to this Agreement.

Exchange Notes. The 7.759.000% Senior Notes due 20182017, of the same series under the Indenture as the Initial Notes, to be issued to Holders in exchange for Transfer Restricted Securities Notes pursuant to this Agreement.

Exchange Notes. The 7.75% 8⅝% Senior Secured Notes due 2018, 2018 of the same series under the Indenture as the Initial Notes, to be issued to Holders in exchange for Transfer Restricted Securities Notes pursuant to this Agreement.

Exchange Notes. The 7.7514 1/2% Senior Discount Notes due 20182014, of the same series under the Indenture as the Initial NotesNotes attached thereto, to be issued to Holders in exchange for Transfer Restricted Securities pursuant to this Agreement.
