Excessive Needs. Housing & Residence Life does not have the facilities, resources or expertise to deal with serious behaviour, emotional issues or illness. If a Resident engages in harmful behaviour, or behaviour that is reasonably perceived to be a threat to himself or herself, or to others, or compromises his or her personal safety (including, but not limited to underage drinking, drug use, bulimia, cutting, abusive behaviour); or, where a pattern of behaviour by a Resident is sufficient to create significant disruption to another Resident(s), Housing & Residence Life reserves the right to terminate the tenancy of the Resident pursuant to paragraph 1.1.

Excessive Needs. Students who exhibit needs beyond what Housing & Student Life is reasonably able to provide or expectations and needs that exceed Housing & Student Life resources may face the following consequences, but not be limited to: eviction from residence or be prevented from re-applying to residence. The actions taken are done so at the sole discretion of the College.

  • Excessive absenteeism The parties recognize that every employee has a duty to be reliably present at work, and that failure to confine sick leave usage to accrued and available sick leave raises the possibility of discipline for excessive absenteeism.   • NON-SMOKING UNIT - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found. ENTRY BY OWNER - Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency). If maintenance items are reported during your stay, please expect that maintenance will enter the home to address the reported items. Guests do not need to be present for maintenance activity.

  • Severe Weather An employee who is late for a scheduled shift during a severe weather day will be offered the opportunity to work his/her full regular schedule of hours if work is needed, without suffering any pay deductions taken from such employee’s regular scheduled work day providing such employee completes his/her shift. Severe weather days are days when weather hampers mass transit (e.g. buses and ferries) from transporting travelers to their destinations. If weather conditions are such that driving to work would be hazardous, roads are closed, or travel to work would result in extreme hardship, an employee may use his/her PTO time if unable to report for work. EIB is not available for severe weather days. Employees are required to provide notification as soon as practicable if they are going to be late or unable to report for work.

  • Extensive Damage In the event damages as referenced in Section .01 of this Article are so extensive as to render all or a significant portion of the Premises untenable, but capable of being repaired within 120 days, Company will give Authority immediate notice thereof, and Authority will make the repairs with due diligence, at its own cost and expense.

  • Geographic Location .. The Buyer hereby warrants that the Buyer is not a party to a buyer representation agreement with any other registered real estate brokerage for the purchase or lease of a real property of the general description indicated above.

  • CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is:  6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius.  4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.
