Excess Users. 5.1 In order to validate this License and be able to use or continue to use some or all of the components of the Software, Customer and each Permitted User may be required to register by internet access to a Caseware website or other means as directed by the Software, provide the information and payment requested by the registration module and input Customer's Authorization Code. If an Authorization Code is not requested, the number of Permitted Users not be increased by reason of such limitation.

Excess Users. If section 6.3 is applicable and at any time during a calendar year the User Pool exceeds the Permitted Number, Licensee shall immediately advise its Supplier of same in writing and pay Supplier's then prevailing license fee for each excess User and thereafter the Permitted Number shall be increased by such excess number.
Excess Users. During the Subscription Term, if the number of Authorized Mailboxes exceeds the Authorized Mailbox Quota set forth in the Service Order in respect of any specific Service (without agreement with Tessian in accordance with Section 5.1 (Increasing Authorized Mailbox Quota) above), then Tessian will be entitled either: (i) not to provide such Service in respect of such excess Users, or (ii) to charge Customer for the applicable Subscription Fees for such increased usage starting on the date that the number of Authorized Mailboxes first exceeded the Authorized Mailbox Quota. If the number of Authorized Mailboxes subsequently reduces, Tessian shall nevertheless be entitled to charge on the basis of the highest level of excess usage by Customer unless and until the Authorized Mailbox Quota is amended by the Parties in accordance with Sections 5.1 (Increasing Authorized Mailbox Quota) and 5.2 (Decreasing Authorized Mailbox Quota) above.

  • Internet Warnings If the Settling Entity offers for sale any of the Products to California consumers through websites such as xxxxxx.xxx that are not reformulated as set forth in subsection 2.2 above, it shall ensure that the required warning (with the language set forth in subsection 2.3 above) is prominently displayed to the purchaser prior to completion of the transaction without requiring the potential buyer to use considerable effort to be made aware of the health hazard advisory. The warning (or a clearly marked hyperlink to the warning using the word “WARNING”) given in conjunction with the online sale of the Products may appear either: (a) prominently placed on a webpage in which the Product’s photograph, price, or “add to cart” section are displayed; (b) on the same webpage as the order form for the Product; or (c) on any webpage displayed to the purchaser during the checkout process and prior to its completion for any purchaser with a California shipping address. The symbol “” may be placed adjacent to the signal word. The internet warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b). The URL "xxx.X00Xxxxxxxx.xx.xxx" in the Warning may be substituted with an equivalent reference to the official "Proposition 65 Warnings Website."

  • Number of Users Unless otherwise provided in these license terms, only one user may use the software at a time on the licensed computer.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

  • TEACHING HOURS AND CLASS LOAD A. Teacher hours of duty shall be: Seven (7) hours and forty-five (45) minutes per day

  • Permitted Users Client may access and use only the Course Materials to which Client has subscribed, and such access and use is limited to the number of users identified in the Order Form and any subsequent Orders placed under an Order Form, and for the Contract Term. Orders for additional Subscriptions may be agreed by the parties from time to time under a particular Order Form, and shall set forth the number of additional Subscriptions, the total Subscription Fees payable therefore, and any other terms and conditions relating to such Order (each, an “Order”). Each Order Form and each Order, upon execution by both parties, shall form a part of this Agreement, and shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof. An Order may take the form of a supplementary document signed by each party or acknowledged by each party electronically (whether by facsimile transmission, email or by other similar reliable means evidencing the intent of the parties). Each Order shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall be incorporated herein by reference. A Subscription is limited to use by one individual user and may not be transferred to another user.

  • Users Licensee is responsible for each User’s compliance with this XXXX. Licensee will ensure that all use of the Software by Users is in accordance with the terms of this XXXX.
