Excess Usage. Tenant will not, without the prior written consent of Landlord, use any apparatus or device in the Premises which will in any way increase the amount of electricity or water usually furnished or supplied for use of the Premises as general office space; nor connect any apparatus, machine or device with water pipes or electric current (except through existing electrical outlets in the Premises), for the purpose of using electric current or water.

Excess Usage. If during a Billing Period, In Energy is greater than zero (0), then Excess Usage for that Billing Period will be calculated. If Excess Usage is greater than zero (0), then for the Facility and any secondary account at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage will equal the value of Excess Usage and (ii) Unused Credits are equal to zero (0). If Excess Usage is equal to zero (0), then for the Facility and secondary accounts at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage is equal to zero (0) and (ii) Unused Credits are reduced by the value of In Energy, determined for that Billing Period, and that reduced value, in accordance with paragraph (C) Unused Credits of this Article IV, will remain for possible future application.

Excess Usage. During the Term, in the event Customer requests or requires additional quantities of the granted Subscriptions or exceeds the allotted quantities of the granted Subscriptions indicated on the applicable Order (“Excess Usage”), AvePoint will invoice Customer, and Customer shall be responsible for payment to AvePoint, for such Excess Usage. The price shall be the then-current price per unit (excluding any discounts) of the Subscriptions and the duration of Excess Usage, unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing. For avoidance of doubt, all additional Subscriptions purchased for Excess Usage shall align with the Subscription Term defined in the initial Order.
Excess Usage. Daily, weekly and monthly rental rates are established on maximum usage of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week and 160 hours per four week period. Excess usage will be charged at the applicable rate plus 70% of such rate.

Sublandlord shall have the right to separately meter or submeter electrical usage for the Subleased Premises and to measure electrical usage by survey or other commonly accepted methods; if Subtenant is consuming in excess of Standard Electrical Usage, such meter or submeter will be installed at Subtenant’s cost.
