Excess Material Sample Clauses
The Excess Material clause defines how surplus materials, which remain after the completion of a project or delivery, are to be handled between the parties. Typically, this clause specifies whether the supplier must remove and dispose of leftover materials at their own cost, or if the client has the option to purchase or retain them. By clearly outlining the responsibilities for excess materials, the clause helps prevent disputes over ownership, disposal costs, and site cleanliness at the end of a contract.
