EXCEPTIONAL WORK WEEK BASED ON ANNUAL HOURS. (a) Exceptional Work Week Notwithstanding any other provision herein, by mutual agreement between the University and an employee, and only after Agreement with the Union, may an exceptional work week schedule be established based on annual hours in a calendar year.
