Exception Report. A written report of any exceptions to the representations and warranties in Exhibit III attached hereto (an “Exception Report”).

Exception Report. If a Defaulting Party fails to complete any action required of it or to deliver the improvement required by a Remedial Action Plan within the timescales set out in the Remedial Action Plan for the relevant action or improvement then the Non-Defaulting Party may issue an Exception Report to the a Defaulting Party in respect of any such failure following the expiry of such period. This means there may be multiple Exception Reports in respect of the same Remedial Action Plan served at different points.
Exception Report. Contractor shall describe and include a sample of its Exception Report that identifies, lists, and explains each document that was not successfully scanned or indexed or otherwise failed Contractor’s internal quality control process. The report will also include the sample size of the batch that was reviewed and the number of packages in error.
Exception Report a report detailing any significant change in circumstances affecting the Project that occurs at any point during the course of the Project. An Exception Report shall be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the relevant circumstances are identified. An Exception Report must be submitted if you (or the Principal Applicant or any Co-Applicant) receives notice of any legal claim, intention to take legal action or any other matter which may significantly affect the Project, irrespective of whether such matter is within or outside your (or the Principal Applicant’s or Co-Applicant’s) control. For the avoidance of doubt, the circumstances giving rise to an Exception Report may also require you to submit a Change Request, in which case both an Exception Report and a Change Request must be filed.

Exception Report. In respect of Families for whom we have given you notification of prioritisation, you must provide us with a report identifying: Families who have not entered into an agreement with you; Families for whom there is not an agreed date for the first Period of Care to be provided to the Family; and Families who have withdrawn from the Activity. The last Business Day of each month for the first six months after the Commencement Date, and then at such intervals as determined by us.
