Examining Records and Reporting Discrepancies. You agree to examine your periodic Account statements promptly, and to promptly and regularly review transaction information available through Internet Banking, and to notify us immediately of any discrepancy between the statements or Internet Banking information and your other Account records. You should notify us of discrepancies. You agree that in no event will we be liable to you under this agreement in performing, failing to perform, or erroneously performing the transactions described in this Section. You also agree that in no event will we be liable for special, indirect, consequential damages, or for any other damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, lost profits or attorneys' fees.

Examining Records and Reporting Discrepancies. You agree to examine your periodic account statements and Terminal receipts promptly and to notify us immediately of any discrepancy between the statements or receipts and your other account records. You may notify us of discrepancies at the telephone number and address provided in this Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that in no event will we be liable to you under this Agreement, or in performing or failing to perform, or in erroneously performing, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, for special, indirect or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or attorneys’ fees, even if we are advised in advance of the possibility of such damages, or for any other damages whatsoever, notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement to the contrary.

  • Financial Records and Reports Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Participant’s relevant financial records associated with this Agreement shall not be subject to examination or audit by NASA.

  • BOOKS, RECORDS, AND REPORTS 6 19. The Contractor shall establish and maintain accounts and other books and records 7 pertaining to administration of the terms and conditions of this Settlement Contract, including: 8 the Contractor's financial transactions, water supply data, and Project land and right-of-way 9 agreements; the water users' land-use (crop census), land ownership, land-leasing and water use 10 data; and other matters that the Contracting Officer may require.   • PUBLIC RECORDS COMPLIANCE Orange County is a public agency subject to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. The Contractor agrees to comply with Florida’s Public Records Law. Specifically, the Contractor shall:

  • Inspections and Reports 2.1 The department may inspect, in the manner and at reasonable times it considers appropriate, all the contractor's facilities and activities under this contract.

  • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, County shall have free access at all proper times or until the expiration of four (4) years after the furnishing of services to such records, and the right to examine and audit the same and to make transcripts therefrom, and to inspect all data, documents, proceedings, and activities pertaining to this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement. The costs and obligations incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Inspections, Records, and Cooperation The Owner agrees to provide any information pertinent to this Contract which the Program Administrator, PJ, or HUD may reasonably require. Further, upon reasonable notice to the Owner, Owner agrees to provide access to the Program Administrator, PJ, HUD, or their representatives to the Unit, the property on which the Unit is located, and the Owner’s records (wherever located) relevant to this Contract and compliance with Program requirements. The Owner further agrees to provide access to such records to the Comptroller General of the United States (commonly known as the Government Accountability Office or “GAO”). The Owner must grant access to relevant computerized or other electronic records and to any computers, equipment, or facilities containing such records, and must provide any information or assistance needed to access the records. Such rights to inspect and review will not expire until five (5) years after the date of expiration or termination of this Contract.
