Examinations and Interviews For State Positions. An employee shall be allowed up to four (4) hours leave with pay to take examinations and attend interviews for State positions.   • Audits and Inspections At any time during normal business hours and as often as the CITY may deem necessary, there shall be made available to the CITY for examination all of CONTRACTOR’S records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall permit the CITY to audit, examine, and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, payrolls, records of personnel, conditions of employment and other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement.
